Dear Members of EUFAMI,
Happy World Health Mental Month!
We would like to bring your attention once again to the progress of “Flourishing, Psychological Distress and Internalized Stigma in Parents of Adult Children, who have been diagnosed with Schizophrenia” research, conducted by Postgraduate Researcher in Psychology Ms. Loukia Dimitriou in collaboration with the University of Bolton, U.K.
Loukia and her supervisor, Professor in Psychology Dr. Jerome Carson, have put together an online global survey, which will collect information on parents, whose son or daughter have been diagnosed with schizophrenia, so as to gain a better understanding of the impact on their own mental health and flourishing.
Additionally, it will look at how the Covid-19 pandemic has affected parents with an adult son or daughter with psychosis.
The questionnaire is anonymous and all information received will remain strictly confidential. It will take a total of 10-15 minutes to complete all questions.
We would like to ask all EUFAMI member organisations to assist in disseminating the questionnaire to further partners and in this way to actively support an important research as such.
